Welcome to On Track Learning On Track Learning was founded in January, 2005. While a teacher in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, Dan Harrington (OTL’s Founder and Owner) recognized an opportunity to further reach out and educate kids on a more effective and personalized level through 1 on 1 tutoring. Initially, he would work with students in their homes after school. His reputation as a quality teacher and business professional quickly spread through the San Ramon Valley community. Dan exhibits a personable attitude and instills a focused approach to teaching students. To accommodate his rapidly growing client list, Dan opened a small office and tutoring center in Alamo, CA. On Track Learning was then born! Today, OTL works in conjunction with highly skilled and qualified educators and focuses on providing its clientele with the same high quality and personalized service that Dan built his reputation on.Dan Harrington, President On Track Learning  A native of the S.F. Bay Area and has been an educator in California since he graduated from California State University- Hayward in 2000. He has taught elementary school in the San Ramon Valley, Walnut Creek, and Mount Diablo Unified School Districts and has owned and operated On Track Learning since its inception in January of 2005.
