TutorsOn Track Learning’s goal is to provide outstanding academic results for all of our clients. To accomplish this, we recruit educators that are both technically proficient and socially refined. Each student is then matched with the tutor that best fits their needs and can communicate the material with the intent of maximized retention. We value high energy, positive attitudes, and proven competency in our partners.
All tutors are college educated and have backgrounds that are heavily weighted toward education and social interaction. Tutors are required to complete a "Progress Tracker" after every tutoring session. This log tracks among other things: what was covered in the session, the strengths and weaknesses observed, and what areas need focus in the future. All information collected is available for review and discussion at any time by either the student or their parent/s.
