Meet the Team
On Track Learning’s goal is to provide outstanding academic results for all of our clients. To accomplish this, we recruit educators that are both technically proficient and socially refined. Each student is then matched with the tutor that best fits their needs and can communicate the material with the intent of maximized retention. We value high energy, positive attitudes, and proven competency in our partners.
All tutors are college educated and have backgrounds that are heavily weighted toward education and social interaction. Tutors are required to complete a “Progress Tracker” after every tutoring session. This log tracks among other things: what was covered in the session, the strengths and weaknesses observed, and what areas need focus in the future. All information collected is available for review and discussion at any time by either the student or their parents.

My name is Trifonas Pericles Kollias, but I go by Perry. I have lived in Palo Alto for most of my life and now go to Saint Mary’s College Of California, where I am a junior–majoring in pure mathematics. I play soccer which has really engrained how important organization and hard work are to achieving your goals. I was a tutor all throughout high school, helping my peers in both math and physics. Some fun facts about me: I speak Greek, I love animals, and I used to hate math but now that I know how useful it is, it has become my favorite subject by far.
